News: A Sailboat & the Lighthouse - is now the time to start planning a LEGO harbour?

LEGO Sailboat now available as gift with purchase

From today LEGO has made their Sailboat Adventures 40487 as a Gift with purchase for VIPs from LEGO.com, onwards when you spend US$200 / £200 / AU$300 online.

The general public can then access it from 4 – 29 August while stocks last.

This is a fun set 330 pieces with two minifigures, two dolphins plus the sailboat and would be great for anyone wanting to give their LEGO City a harbour.

I suspect a lot of LEGO fans will be interested in this one especially with LEGO Ideas soon to launch a motorised lighthouse by Canadian AFOL Sandro Quattrini.

The set won the LEGO Ideas Dream Holiday contest, and was designed by LEGO Instagrammer and Photographer @yc_solo.
